Meet Our Team
Dr. Ian McMillan
Dr. McMillan, with his caring personality has been providing a complete range of dental care for many years. Since graduating from the University of British Columbia in 1996, Ian has devoted himself to the dental profession, his staff and dedicated patients by enhancing his abilities through numerous post graduate educational courses by designating his time on Oral Sedation, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Gold Cast Restoration and Implant Placement.
Having ten years of experience in hospital dentistry, Ian has become passionate about thoroughly providing patients with a comprehensive, informative understanding to their dental needs. He is able to personalize treatment by concentrating on achieving optimal oral health care and maintenance for a lifetime of satisfaction.
His high standard of excellence, professional qualifications and clinical knowledge has effectively served the community with their quest for a caring and relaxed dental environment.
In his spare time, he finds balance by focusing on being a good husband and father of three beautiful young girls. He supports local charities and volunteers his time with several sporting activities. Swimming, golfing and fishing are some of his favourite sports though he has a passion for tropical gardening and painting.

I graduated from Aplus Insitute in Toronto, Ontario in 2015. I was born and raised in Campbell River, BC and decided to move to Victoria in fall of 2015. I love hiking and running and biking the galloping goose trail.

I was born and raised here in Victoria. I am very fortunate to have all of my family living in Victoria as well. With no children of my own, I share a special relationship with my two beautiful nieces. In my spare time I love fitness, sports, movies and spending lots of time with my family and friends.
I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Camosun College in 1991. I've been working with Ian since he moved and set up his practice here in Victoria. I enjoy spending my Fridays working at his office. Ian takes a lot of pride in his work and has a high standard of care…and he's always a lot of fun!

Your dental insurance policy is a contract negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company, not your dental office. These dental insurance plans pay a portion of the dental services provided, we base our fees according to the quality of dental care, our years of experience and the latest technology dentistry has to offer.
We strongly advise all patients to understand their dental insurance benefits. We welcome any questions one might have for clarification. As a service to our patients, dental insurance claims will be submitted electronically on your behalf. We provide a wide range of payment options. We accept most major credit cards, interac, cheques & cash. Realizing that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, payment options can be discussed for your convenience.
